1. What services does your truck dispatching company provide?

Our truck dispatching company provides comprehensive services, including load finding, broker negotiation, route planning, back-office support and real-time communication to ensure efficient deliveries. We also assist with billing, invoicing and compliance paperwork to save drivers time and effort.

2. How do you find the best loads for truckers?

We use advanced load boards, strong broker and shipper relationships and industry networks to secure high-paying loads. Our focus is on maximizing profitability and ensuring consistent work for drivers.

3. What types of trucks and trailers do you work with?

We dispatch a wide range of equipment, including dry vans, flatbeds, reefers, step decks and power-only units. If you have specialized equipment, we can customize our services to fit your needs.

4. Will I have a dedicated dispatcher?

Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated dispatcher who will manage your loads, schedules, and daily coordination.

5. Do you handle communication with brokers and shippers?

Yes, we handle all communication with brokers and shippers on your behalf, ensuring smooth coordination and better rates.

6. Which areas do you provide dispatch services in?

We provide dispatch services across multiple states and regions, helping carriers find loads nationwide depending on their authority and preferences.

7. How much do your dispatching services cost?

Our fees are typically a percentage of the load revenue, usually between 5% and 6%, depending on the services provided. We aim to deliver value by helping you earn more while managing all administrative tasks.

8. Do I need my own operating authority to work with your dispatching company?

Yes, you need an active operating authority and insurance to partner with us. However, if you are new to trucking and need guidance, we can help you through the setup process.

9. What documents are required to onboard with your company?

To start working with Trucking Mind, you will need a valid Motor Carrier (MC) Authority, USDOT number, active insurance (COI), W-9 form, and a Notice of Assignment or voided cheque. These documents help us ensure compliance and set up your dispatch account quickly and efficiently.

10. Is a carrier required to sign a contract to work with Trucking Mind?

No, a carrier is not required to sign any contract to work with Trucking Mind. We do not bind carriers in any contract, giving them the freedom to work with us without restrictions.

11. Who receives the payment for the loads?

All load payments are sent directly to the carrier after the load is delivered and dropped. Trucking Mind does not receive the load payment. We only charge our service fee, which the carrier pays separately after receiving their payment from the broker.

12. When does Trucking Mind take its service charges?

Trucking Mind takes its service fee on a weekly basis. At the end of each week, our charges are deducted from the completed loads, ensuring a simple, transparent, and hassle-free payment process for carriers.
